By voluntarily installing the Licensed Application, you agree to the following:

No personally identifiable information will be collected during the registration or operation of the Licensed Application. That being said, data according to your usage of the Licensed Application will be stored (e.g. the number of medication reminders that you set) and occasionally aggregated with data from other users in a non-identifiable way, to perform functions including, but not limited to: data analytics, usage research, marketing strategies, etc.
(B) DATA RETENTION
We will not keep your usage data longer than necessary. Reasons that might necessitate us to retain such data include, but are not limited to: legal requirements, improvements to business functions, etc. You may always request your usage data to be removed from our servers at any time, provided that such a request does not interfere with any ongoing or future legal restrictions.
(C) INFORMATION-SHARING WITH THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS
Montuno implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and confidentiality of your information. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information you provide, to outside parties – such as names of drugs, drug frequency, drug dose information, etc. However, this does not include trusted third-parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our / others’ rights, property, or safety.
(D) EMAIL CONTACT
We may place email links or forms on our website or in the Licensed Application to allow you to contact us directly. Any Personal Information you provide in these links or forms is used to respond directly to your questions and comments. We may also file your comments as a means to improve our website, products, or process. In such contexts, we may simply review and discard any Personal Information. Personal Information will always be treated as confidential, but all other information that you send to Montuno using these email links or forms will not be considered or treated as such. Therefore, do not send us any information, ideas, suggestions, proposals, or comments that you consider confidential or that you want to be treated as confidential.

The Licensed Application may include links to other applications or sites. Note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the Licensed Application. Information that you submit to any of the linked sites or other applications will instead be subject to the Privacy Policies of those sites or applications. As a result, you should review those other policies carefully, before providing any information to those linked sites or applications.
(F) SECURITY
Montuno undertakes reasonable steps to protect user data from unauthorized or accidental access, disclosure, misuse, processing, etc., or from alteration, destruction, or loss. Data that we collect resides on servers operated by Montuno and is accessible only to personnel who, by virtue of their duties, are required to have access to such data. With such personnel, these individuals have been trained in, and tasked with, the observance of the principles embodied in this Privacy Policy.
(G) UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check back on this policy regularly, to stay up-to-date with any changes that we make. Additionally, we will keep this policy updated on both the Android and iOS App Stores as well. If you continue to use the Licensed Application, then that constitutes your agreement to the points outlined in this Privacy Policy.
(H) CHILDREN
Our services are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly allow minors to use the Licensed Application. If you are a minor, please do not use our services or send us your information. We will take reasonable steps to delete a user’s data, if we learn that it is collected from a minor without parental consent.
